The University graduates who specialize in education are eagerly anticipating the opening of the Ghana Education Service (GES) recruitment portal, hoping to secure teaching positions within the service.

While traditionally, trained teachers from colleges of education who have passed their GTLE will be automatically recruited, not all university graduates have the same guarantee.

With limited slots available for university graduates, it is reported not all applicants will be selected for postings.

However, the GES recruitment portal will offer a fair opportunity for all qualified trained teachers from the traditional Universities to apply and potentially be recruited for teaching roles.
