The West African Examinations Council (WAEC), Ghana has released all pending and withheld results for the 2024 examinations.
This follows a period of thorough investigation into the alleged examination malpractices and irregularities.
Previously, WAEC had withheld these results while conducting necessary checks and verifications to maintain the integrity of the examination process.

Steps to Check Your WAEC Result:
To check your WAEC WASSCE results, follow these steps:
- Purchase an e-PIN: You can buy an e-PIN from WAEC by visiting https://resultschecker.com.gh/
- Visit the WAEC result checking portal: Go to the official WAEC result checker website at https://ghana.waecdirect.org/
- Enter your Index Number: This is your 7-digit center number followed by your 3-digit candidate number (e.g., 4123456789).
- Select the Examination Type: Choose “WASSCE” from the options provided.
- Select the Examination Year: Choose the year you took the exam (e.g., 2024).
- Enter the Serial Number: This is the serial number found on your e-PIN voucher.
- Enter the Personal Identification Number (PIN): This is the 12-digit PIN on your e-PIN voucher.
- Confirm your details: Re-enter your Index Number and Examination Year to ensure accuracy.
- Submit: Click “Submit” and wait for your results to be displayed.
