CETAG strike: Update on Council Meeting On Friday, 2nd August 2024

The CETAG council meeting scheduled for Friday, August 2nd, 2024 to discuss the MoA has been adjourned to Saturday, August 3rd, 2024 at 5pm due to some unforeseen circumstances.

The Council has decided to hold the meeting to discuss the MoA with all council members present on the aforementioned date.

In the meantime, the council has mandated tutors not to provide course outlines to any student as they are still on strike.

It should be noted that while an agreement has been signed by the leadership of CETAG and the government, the final decision on whether to call off the strike rests with the CETAG council.

This decision will be made after careful deliberation on the signed Memorandum of Agreement (MoA).
