The management of the University of Cape Coast (UCC) has announced a revised reporting date for freshers for the 2024/2025 academic year.

Changes to Admission Letters
The management has also updated the admission letters for all freshers to reflect the new reporting date.
Freshers are required to visit the UCC Portal (https://apply.ucc.edu.gh/) to reprint their revised admission letters.

Official Statement from UCC
The official statement from UCC management reads: “Your admission letters have been revised with the confirmed opening date. Please go to the portal and reprint your admission letters.”
Freshers are also advised to contact the university’s administration for any assistance regarding admissions and to confirm any information they receive from other sources.

Key Information for Freshers
Registration and Password Delays: Registration numbers and passwords for freshers who have paid their admission fees are delayed due to pending hall allocations.
However, these details have been sent to fresh continuing students who applied with a Diploma Certificate.
Admission Fee Payment: Payment of admission fees must be completed before the deadline stated in the admission letter to avoid revocation of the admission offer.
Hall Fees: Prospective students are advised not to make any payments to individuals for hall fees. Hall fees should only be paid through official channels.
Continuing Students: Fresh continuing students (Level 200 and above) should adhere to the reporting dates specified in their letters.

Extended Admission Deadline
UCC has also extended the deadline for undergraduate admissions into various programmes for the 2024/2025 academic year.
The new closing date for undergraduate admissions is November 30, 2024.
