TTAG Appeals to NTC for Timely Release of GTLE Results for GES Recruitment

The Teacher Trainees Association of Ghana (TTAG) has submitted a formal petition to the National Teaching Council (NTC) requesting the prompt release of the 2024 Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination (GTLE) results.

The association emphasized on the urgency of NTC releasing the results as early as possible, as they are crucial for College of Education graduates seeking to apply for the Ghana Education Service (GES) recruitment drive.

The GTLE certification is a mandatory requirement for teachers to secure employment within the Ghana Education Service.

TTAG also urged all eligible candidates who are having their documents intact to submit their applications promptly when the portal is opened.

The GES recruitment portal https://www.gespromotions.gov.gh/recruitment wil be available on May 15, 2024 for applications.

Candidates can follow the steps below to apply:

  • Visit the Recruitment Portal at https://www.gespromotions.gov.gh/recruitment
  • Choose the “Recruitment” Tab
  • Enter Your Details
  • Fill in the Certificate Section
  • Upload Necessary Documents
  • Review Your Application
  • Submit the Application Form

GES will review the applications, and qualified candidates will be posted to schools in need of their services.
