Graduates of the St. John Bosco College of Education (CoE), Class of 2023, have raised serious concerns about the delay in receiving their transcripts and certificates.

According to a recent release by the concerned graduates, despite having completed their studies over a year ago and paying all necessary fees, they are yet to receive their necessary documents needed to further their education and career prospects.

The graduates highlighted their predicament, noting that they are nearing the completion of their national service and are on the brink of seeking recruitment.

However, they have no hope of participating in any recruitment opportunities, as their transcripts and certificates have not yet been issued by the college administration.

They noted that one critical requirement during the application process is the issuance of their certificates, and this has placed them in a state of dilemma and uncertainty with no clear communication from their college.

“The college administration has provided no clear explanation for this unacceptable delay, leaving us deeply disappointed and concerned,” the graduates stated. “Over a year has passed since we completed our studies and fulfilled all academic and administrative obligations, yet our transcripts and certificates remain unissued.”

This prolonged inaction by the school authorities has, according to the graduates, caused significant disruptions to their academic and professional aspirations.

The lack of transparency and communication from the college management has compounded their frustration, resulting in emotional distress and additional financial challenges as they strive to move forward in their careers.

In their conclusion, the graduates called on the college authorities to act promptly and work closely with their affiliated university to release the necessary documents without further delay.

They also appealed to the media and the general public to help investigate and identify the root cause of the issue, as their college has remained silent.

“We are appealing to the public and the media to investigate the root causes of this issue and bring it to the public’s attention. It is imperative to hold the relevant authorities accountable for this negligence and to prompt them to take swift measures to resolve the situation.” They concluded.
