The Conference of Principals of Colleges of Education, Ghana (PRINCOF) has released a revised academic calendar for the second semester of the 2023/2024 academic year.
This announcement follows the resumption of work by the Colleges of Education Teachers Association of Ghana (CETAG) on August 20, 2024.
According to the revised calendar, lectures for the second semester have resumed on August 26, 2024, and will continue until October 4, 2024, spanning six weeks.

End-of-semester examinations will take place from October 7 to 11, 2024.
Students will then be on a three-week semester break from October 12, 2024, to November 3, 2024.
The new academic year, 2024/2025, is scheduled to begin on November 4, 2024.

However, PRINCOF has stated that the detailed academic calendar for the 2024/2025 academic year will be discussed with stakeholders and presented before the proposed start date.
All colleges of education are advised to take note of the revised second semester calendar and adjust their activities accordingly.
