The National Teaching Council has revealed that a staggering number of teachers have failed the 2023 Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination (GTLE) 2&3.
Out of the 20,181 teachers who took the exam, a total of 9,556 candidates, which accounts for over 30%, did not meet the required pass mark.
The National Teaching Council (NTC) has also disclosed that the official release of the results will take place on Thursday, December 21, 2023.

According to the NTC, 10,625 teachers, representing 52.6% of the candidates, managed to pass the exams.
In a statement issued by the NTC, it was stated that the results for the 2023 GTLE 2&3 will be made available on their website on the aforementioned date.
Candidates can access their results using their unique examination pins provided during registration or their examination index numbers linked to their phone numbers.

The Council has advised all candidates to print their provisional certificates after checking their results.
