The Management of Komenda College of Education, led by the Very Reverend Kwesi Nkum Wilson (PhD), has commenced the Komenda College of Education Preschool Center.

This innovative initiative aims to provide an ideal environment for trainees who are studying early childhood education in the college to put into practice what they learn during lectures.

The impact of this initiative is not limited to the college alone, as it also seeks to cater to the needs of the Komenda township.

During an early childhood education campaign conducted by the college’s Early Grade Department throughout the komenda township last year, parents expressed their inability to enroll their children below the age of 4 in schools.

As a response to their plea, the college decided to establish the preschool.

According to the principal, Very Reverend Kwesi Nkum Wilson(Ph.D), the preschool is now open to the general public and the township, allowing children below the age of 4 to enroll.

He also noted that the new preschool would benefit the college community as workers would no longer need to send their children to schools outside the college premises.

This would significantly reduce the burden on the workers and make their work-life balance easier to manage.

Currently, The preschool boasts of state-of-the-art facilities, including age-appropriate classrooms, a vibrant play area, and a team of experienced and qualified educators.

The Preschool will undoubtedly provide a stimulating and supportive environment that will promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in the early years of a child’s life.

You can Enroll your ward now!
