Government Donates 1,138 Tablets to Nandom Senior High School

In cognisance of the government’s policy of One Student, one Tablet at the Senior High School level, the Regional Minister of the Upper West Region, Hon. Stephen Yakubu has presented One thousand, One Hundred and Thirty-Eight (1,138) Tablets to students of Nandom Senior School.

The Hon. Minister in presenting the Tablets to the Students underscored the prominence of the electronic electronic devices in promoting effective teaching and learning in the various Senior High schools in the Country.

He also added that the beneficiary school (Nandom Sec) is the first school in the Upper West Region and northern Ghana to benefit from such a crafty intervention of the Nana Akuffo Addo Bawumia led government.

A remarkable feat which he averred was because of the dynamism and transactional leadership of the Member of Parliament of Nandom, Hon. Ambrose Dery.

In receiving the tablets on behalf of the students of the School, the Student Representative Council’s president Master Moses Kog was very grateful to government for delivering on its promise of the One Student,One Tablet Policy.

He also pledged that they were going to put the tablets into good use so that the effort of Nana Akuffo Addo’s Government would not be in vain.
