GES to Release 2024 Recruited Degree Graduates’ Appointment Letters in Batches

The Management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) has disclosed that the 2024 recruited degree graduate appointment letters will be released in batches.

In a statement dated December 1, 2024, GES informed all applicants and the general public about the restoration of the recruitment portal, which had experienced technical glitches.

“The Management of the Ghana Education Service wishes to inform all applicants and the general public that the recruitment portal has been restored after experiencing some technical glitches,” the statement reads.

GES revealed that a total of 38,748 applications were received, out of which only 11,665 applicants met the minimum requirements stated in the advertisement.

These qualified applicants will have their appointment letters released in batches to fill critical teaching positions.

“A total of 38,748 applications were received. Out of this number, 11,665 applicants met the minimum requirements per the advert. Management is thus recruiting these qualified applicants to fill critical teaching positions in batches”

The management specified that as each batch is completed, qualified applicants will receive a text message prompting them to visit the platform to print their appointment letters.

Applicants with queries and concerns are encouraged to email their concerns to the Management at hrsecretariat@ges.gov.gh.

To check your GES appointment letter online, follow these steps:

Visit the GES Promotions Portal: Go to the official GES promotions portal at https://www.gespromotions.gov.gh/

Navigate to the Recruitment Section: Once logged in, navigate to the “Graduate recruitment” section.

Enter Your Index Number: Input your NTC index number in this format NTC/GTLE/AAA/0000/00

Submit: use the submit/proceed button to access your appointment letter.

Print or Save: You can print your appointment letter directly or save it as a PDF for future reference.
