The Ghana Education Service (GES) in collaboration with the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NaCCA) is gearing up for the upcoming 2023/2024 Academic Year National Standardised Tests (NST) and Teacher Audit Exercise.

To facilitate the organization of these assessments, an online data collection tool has been developed by the management of GES.

This tool is specifically designed to gather current enrollment data from all public Basic and Junior High Schools, requiring information such as Region and District names, school locations, teacher information, and learner details.

The primary objectives of this data collection initiative are to determine the appropriate number of students per grade for effective test material organization, ensure comprehensive coverage of all students for assessments, analyze test results accurately, and aid in decision-making and planning processes.

Regional Directors of Education are called upon to oversee the supervision, monitoring, and enforcement of the timely submission of this crucial school-level data.
