The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced that its recruitment portal, which experienced technical issues, has been restored.
This update was confirmed in a press release dated December 1, 2024, and signed by Cassandra Twum Ampofo, Head of the Public Relations Unit at GES.
The portal had been temporarily down, causing delays in the ongoing 2024 degree recruitment process.
On 3rd September 2024, GES invited qualified individuals to apply for teaching positions, receiving a total of 38,748 applications.
GES has revealed that of these, 11,665 applicants met the minimum requirements outlined in the recruitment advertisement.
