The Ghana Education Service (GES) has disclosed that their Recruitment portal is currently down for some necessary updates.
Dr. Eric Nkansah, the Director-General of the GES, explained that the temporary shutdown is for maintenance and an update which will enable applicants to utilize the new self-reposting feature within the system effectively.
“The system is currently down to allow for an update which will allow applicants to be able to do a self-reposting within the system. Hence, the technical shutdown,” stated Dr. Nkansah. “We will communicate appropriately when the system is up.”

The GES Recruitment portal is the platform through which individuals apply for various positions within the Ghana Education Service.
This temporary unavailability has caused inconvenience for a lot of applicants who had plans to submit or modify their applications during this period.

While the exact duration of the system shutdown remains uncertain, the GES has assured applicants that they will be informed promptly once the portal becomes operational again.
