The status “Pending for Consideration” means that the Ghana Education Service (GES) has received your application for the graduate recruitment, but a final decision on your appointment has not yet been made.

Your application is still under review, and you are being considered for a teaching position.

It’s essentially a status update indicating that you are still in the running, but the final outcome is pending further evaluation.
