Our news desks have been inundated with countless inquiries from anxious College of Education applicants who have yet to receive their admission notice.

In this article, we would like to clarify the situation and provide some guidance to those still awaiting answers.

First and foremost, if you have not received an admission notice and have not found your name on the official admission list of the college you applied to, it unfortunately means that you were not offered a place (admission) at that college.

While this news may be disappointing, it’s important to face reality and explore alternative options.

However, it is worth noting that the colleges will be releasing supplementary admission lists which will offer a few more spots to applicants.

From December 27, 2023, to January 10, 2024, colleges will be releasing these additional lists.

Please bear in mind that only a handful of applicants will be lucky enough based on their results to find their names included.

If you still do not receive any notification or your name does not appear on these supplementary lists, it is recommended to accept with good faith that you were not accepted and begin looking towards other opportunities.

Don’t lose hope – you can always decide to reapply next year.

We should emphasize that colleges of education have limited space in terms of infrastructure and can only accommodate a small number of applicants, unlike traditional universities.

This constraint explains why many ‘deserving’ applicants may not receive the desired outcome. It is an unfortunate reality, but it should not deter you from pursuing your dreams.
