The National Labour Commission (NLC) has taken a firm stance against the ongoing strike by the Colleges of Education Teachers Association of Ghana (CETAG), barring them from participating in any of its meetings until the strike is called off.
In a statement, the Executive Secretary of the NLC, Ofosu Asamoah made it clear that the commission will not entertain any concerns raised by CETAG’s leadership as long as the strike continues.
To further put pressure on CETAG, the NLC has also resorted to legal action, seeking a court injunction against the strike.
