The ongoing strike by the Colleges of Education Teachers Association of Ghana (CETAG) continues as Parliament has rescheduled its questioning of the Minister of Education, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, regarding the strike.
The Minister was originally scheduled to appear before the House on July 2nd, 2024, to answer questions related to the strike, which began on June 14th, 2024.
However, the meeting has been postponed to Thursday, July 4th, 2024.

CETAG has maintained its stance, stating that they will not end their industrial action until their demands are met.
The strike has brought educational activities at colleges of education across the country to a standstill for the past three weeks.
