The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has officially announced the dates for the administration of the 2024 WASSCE for Private Candidates.
The examination is scheduled to take place from Friday, October 25th, to Wednesday, December 18th, 2024.
Candidates who wish to register for the WASSCE for Private Candidates are advised to take note of the registration portal opening and closing dates.

The portal will be accessible from Tuesday, April 2nd, to Friday, August 30th, 2024.
During this period, eligible candidates can complete their registration and submit the necessary documents and fees.
The fees payable for the examination are dependent on the number of subjects a candidate chooses to register for.
Registration Fees
- Six or more subjects: GH¢ 800.74
- Five subjects: GH¢ 759.11
- Four subjects: GH¢ 715.10
- Three subjects: GH¢ 665.61
- Two subjects: GH¢ 635.33
- One subject: GH¢ 604.63
