The Head Office of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana requests a qualified person for immediate employment to the position of: ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY
Job Purpose:
Provide professional administrative and managerial support services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Keep accurate records and a proper filing system to support the generation of reports.
- Write accurate minutes and reports.
- Receive, prioritize, and take action on various incoming correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Draft and distribute correspondence independently or from general instructions given by a Director.
- Coordinate secretarial duties of committee meetings as required.
- Assist in the preparation of an Annual Budget.
Qualification:
- BSc Administration (Management option) or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized University.
- Three (3) years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
- Not more than 40 years.

Skills/Attributes/Competencies:
- Ability to handle various financial and administrative support-related tasks with little or no supervision.
- Must have a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English Language.
- Strong interpersonal skills, approachable and polite.
- Strong organizational ability and outstanding problem-solving skills with the capacity to establish systems that improve office management and workflow.
- Excellent computer literacy skills including Word and Excel.
