The Management of Ghana Education Service(GES) has notified students, staff, parents/guardians and stakeholders that this year’s School Placement exercise begins with the verification of student’s school choices.
According to their release made on 14th January, 2023 signed by Cassandra Twum Ampofo, The Head of Public Relations Unit – GES, the verification process is to ensure accuracy in student’s choice information before they are placed in their selected Second Cycle Schools.
It was noted that Students, parents/guardians will receive SMS messages from the CSSPS which contains the web portal: https://csspsverify.com and USSD short code number *899*88# with a 4digit token number.
The verification exercise is said to commence on Saturday, 14th January, 2023 and ends on 22nd January, 2023.
Students who may had errors in their initial selection are admonished to call 0556541525 or click on the edit button available on the web portal after their selection details displayed with copy of the original selection form.
Students can also send an email with the copy of their original selection form to ‘cssps2022@gmail.com‘
According to Ghana Education Service, this exercise is NOT for candidates to change schools but to confirm initial choices selected.
